Damon takes the student through the basic foundation of Tai Chi and its associated daily Qi Gong practices, in a systematic step by step way that will assist you in gaining the most out of your practice and time.
This introductory level is designed to promote health and wellbeing in a simple and effective way. It will assist you in reducing muscular and nervous system tension. It will promote and deepen your breath while helping assist you in finding breath movement, connection and the Taoist reverse breathing as you practice. It will help you gain improvements with balance, blood and Qi (energy) circulation, joint flexibility and structural integrity (alignment). All this and more can be achieved as you learn how to connect your core (Dan Tien) and waist to your movements. This class can be used as a stand-alone class for health maintenance, a mindfulness meditative Qigong set or as a warmup routine before the practice of traditional Yang Family Tai Chi forms. This course is a must for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the magical art of Tai Chi.

Tai Chi Form Class. Authentic Yang Family 85 form for intermediate and advanced Tai Chi practitioners.
These classes offer the student the opportunity to deepen their understanding of authentic Tai Chi. Practice alongside other senior students and fellow teachers directly under the guidance of the Lao Shi Damon Bramich.
Damon is a principle-based practitioner with a deep knowledge and passion for the art of Tai Chi. He is always willing to share his knowledge with everyone, regardless of your level or the style you come from. As he says,” Tai Chi is for everyone and the most import thing is to support the individual on their path.” He has this amazing ability to individually tailor the art of Tai Chi, so you gain maximin benefit regardless of what stage you are at. He uses the classical Yang Family method handed to him directly over a period of 26 years as a closed-door Yang Family BaShi (leading disciple). He takes the student into the essentials of connection of mind and body, shows them how to achieve relaxation with serenity and best ways to use and embody the principles. He shares openly the essence of Tai Chi and the authentic way to develop the Tai Chi 13 Jins, the extra Jins, 10 points and the requirements and method to develop the hidden secrets that lie within Jin Li Dian and Yang Family Chan Si Jin. These methods, once embraced, develop the understanding of Tai Chi Nei Gong and Tai Chi Kung Fu.

Yang Mian Quan Tai Chi Kung Fu
Yang Mian Quan is the original Martial Arts system of the Yang Family and is the Legendary Kung Fu style that made the family and Yang Lu Chan so famous. This unique fighting system uses softness to overcome hardness and the expression, Fa Jīn (whole body connected force) to throw the opponent many metres away in a combat situation. Damon for the first-time shares openly the methods that were handed down to him in private by his teacher during his 26 years tutorage and the precious final teaching he received in the weeks before his teacher passed in 2017.

This program teaches the student whole body coordinated core-based (Dan Tien turning) movement sets that can be performed fast or slow. There are numerous partner strength building and fighting sets as well as classical Tai Chi Push Hands and traditional form work. It is a complete martial art system with solo and partner sets, weapons, forms and traditional grading. A fantastic course for those looking for a dynamic fitness exercise, quality self-defense martial art discipline coupled with the internal Nei gong of a Taoist sage.
