In recent years with the elimination of many key traditional practices from Tai Chi, health standardization and the over focus on softness in some schools, there has been a huge over shadowing of the whole-body calisthenics, internal external integration and the original martial method of the art. Yang Tai Ch Academy mission is to maintain the old methods and traditions for those wanting to gain better martial attainment and to generate and maintain the body’s essential muscle mass into older age.

Sifu Damon shares his lifelong connection to the art, coupled with over 3 decades of working as a Physical Therapist to assist the student to be the best they can be in mind and body.
